How Does A Library Go Electronic?

When Congress issued a directive dictating that the National Library of Medicine digitize its entire collection, Library management knew that they faced a formidable task. But rather than stick their heads in the sand and hope that it all worked out, management did a serious analysis of the task and the options available to accomplish it. In the end, they agreed that it made sense to bring in outside expertise.  That's where Data Conversion Laboratory got involved.
