Downloading the Accessibility white paper is straightforward. You can left click on the link to the file and it will come up in your browser window. But the best way is to RIGHT CLICK on the link. This will bring up a menu. Choose "Save Target As..." A window will appear asking you where you would like to save the file. Select "My Documents" or "Desktop." Then click "Save." If you use a standard "dial-up" connection to the Internet, the file will take about a minute to download to your computer. Once the file has been downloaded, it is just a question of finding it in the folder or directory you saved it in (which would be either My Documents or the Desktop). The file is a ".pdf" file, readable using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. The file is named "accessibility_whitepaper.pdf." Once you've found your file simply double click on it to open it. (If you are a Mac user just click on the file links normally). NOTE: Adobe Acrobat Reader is normally pre-installed on computers. If not you can download it here. It's free.
