Data Conversion Laboratory (DCL) Selected by ClerkBase® to Provide Data Conversion Services for Municipal Projects

Fresh Meadows, NY — April 8, 2010: Data Conversion Laboratory, Inc. has been selected by ClerkBase to assist with several projects that serve municipalities. DCL provides conversion services and software to publishers, information aggregators, industry, government, libraries and documentation developers. ClerkBase offers archival storage and search capability of municipal records.

The most recent data conversion project involved meeting minutes spanning 40 years from the Town of Stowe, Vermont. According to Jay Rosenfield, President of ClerkBase, the firm chose DCL due to their excellent work for another ClerkBase client, the town council of Cumberland, Rhode Island. Mr. Rosenfield elaborated on the choice: “We have found DCL to be a great company, easy and enjoyable to work with. They offer quick turnaround and seem to understand our needs and those of our customers.”

Mark Gross, DCL President and CEO, responded: “We always strive to provide the best approaches and the most efficient processes to get the job done properly. DCL has demonstrated that we can work from any format and achieve 99.995% quality. Providing web-ready documents to ClerkBase allows them to focus on the online organization and searchability that their clients need.”

As a small business, ClerkBase prides itself on its ability to react quickly to the needs of its customers. The firm was able to do just that for these two New England towns, simply by using data conversion services from DCL.

Unlimited Priorities Corporation® is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for DCL in this subject area domain.
