was responsible for the building of a digitized signatures data
base from microfilm. Working around the clock, DCL scanned more
than 300 rolls of microfilm containing more than 1,000,000
signature cards, matched the cards to an account database, and
cropped the signature areas into a database format. The project
required the coordination of a number of technologies that had
never been intended to work together along with offshore labor
resources to perform the most labor-intensive portions of the
project. Based on the success of this project, we offered similar
services to another division of Chase and were hired by First
Federal for a similar project. |
