• Your content in DITA XML will serve as a great way to evaluate XML authoring packages, Content Management software, and publishing using the DITA Open Tool Kit or commercial rendering engines.
• The Content Reuse Analysis will show you exactly how much reusable content you currently have (in the 2500 page sample); and show you how you can increase your reusable content with minor text edits.

• This offer is available for a limited time and may be rescinded at any time.
• Legacy content must be in Microsoft Word™, Adobe FrameMaker™, or BroadVision Interleaf™ format(s).
• For the conversion aspect, the content is limited to no more than three (3) documents totaling no more than 500 pages. For Reuse Analysis, the content can be from as many documents as desired totaling no more than 2500 pages.
• Turnaround time is normally several weeks.
• A reciprocal Non-Disclosure Agreement and Statement of Work must be executed before starting work. The converted content and the Content Reuse Analysis report will be your property.
• DITA conversion will be of a basic nature suitable for evaluation purposes only; it will not necessarily be the final DITA configuration that you will desire. Customization for special DITA version is not included in this trial. Conversion will be to DITA XML, using OASIS DITA 1.0 DTD. As the next step of your DITA (or any XML) implementation, you will want to do up-front analysis in order to get maximum benefit from you DITA implementation.
• You will need to complete a DCL-supplied spreadsheet to determine the type of topic (concept, task, or reference) for all topics identified.
