The recent SSP Seminar in New York focused on File
Formats - which to use for authoring, which to use for peer review, and
ultimately which to use for archival purposes. A critical part of the
discussion focused on the best approach to archiving content so that it
can be repurposed or licensed to maximize revenues. Speakers
were drawn from senior management at several major companies that have embraced the
new electronic challenge. These include: Lippincott, Williams & Wilkins,
Mosby Inc., Knowledgesite, and PaperPath Inc. Topics
