Quality assurance refers to a process by which the output of a conversion project is monitored to ensure that every standard of excellence is being met. Quality assurance may be performed with the help of automated software, manually, or both.
Advantages
Quality assurance processes ensure that conversion standards are being met both during and after the completion of a conversion project. The early identification of any errors allows the conversion processes to be fine-tuned so that future errors are eliminated, and a post-conversion quality assurance check ensures that no errors appear in the final product.
How DCL can help
Quality assurance is included as a component of all DCL conversion services. We also offer separate, stand-alone quality assurance services, which may be used for independent reviews of converted results or to provide oversight for an in-house or outsourced conversion project.
